The items offered on this website are original, as BFD Black Flag is the official distributor of all the products it sells.

BFD Black Flag reserves the right to update, modify, or delete the commercial offer on the website at any time and unilaterally, which may affect prices, promotions, products, and commercial offers. These changes will not affect already completed transactions, meaning those that have been confirmed by BFD Black Flag.

These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all products advertised by BFD Black Flag through its website.


HOW TO BUY

Users of the BFD Black Flag website can browse the online store and fill their shopping cart without the need for registration. However, to complete the purchase, it will be necessary to provide the required information in order to process the shipping details of the order.

To find the item you’re looking for, you can browse through all the sections of our website. By clicking on any of the categories, you’ll find a wide variety of items along with their descriptions and corresponding prices. If you’re searching for a specific product, you can use the search options by entering text. However, if you still can’t find what you’re looking for, we encourage you to contact us, and we’ll do our best to get you the product you need as quickly as possible.

Once you’ve selected the item you want, simply click the “ADD TO CART” button. When a product is added to the shopping cart, you’ll automatically see your full bag’s status. At that point, you can choose to continue shopping or proceed with your order. If you continue shopping, your shopping bag will remain visible in the upper-right corner of the screen at all times. By clicking there, you can view the full contents of your shopping bag and even make changes.

PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS

The applicable prices are those displayed on the website on the purchase date. These prices include VAT (Value Added Tax). Shipping costs are free for any order of €100 or more.

However, in accordance with Law 37/1992, dated December 28, regulating said tax, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to it depending on the buyer’s country of residence and their status (business or individual). As a result, the final price in some cases may vary from what is shown on the website.

BFD Black Flag has the necessary resources to ensure the security of your purchases and your data. The information related to your order, especially online payment by credit card, is protected. The entire transaction is carried out from a secure server using TLS (Transport Layer Security) technology, and your card number will appear encrypted.


DELIVERY

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during business days and office hours. This address may differ from their usual residence; orders can be sent to a workplace or even to a third party as a gift. At present, we ship orders to any location within Spain.

The delivery times listed on the website are purely indicative, as they depend on product availability. However, BFD Black Flag will take the necessary steps to ensure that delivery deadlines are met and occur within the stated timeframe.

Orders placed on business days, as long as stock is available, will be delivered within 48–72 hours, depending on the time the purchase is made. For this purpose, business days are considered Monday through Friday, counting from when the order is dispatched.

As soon as we have prepared your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number so that you can follow its progress on the carrier’s website.

The risk of loss or damage to the purchased goods will be transferred to the customer from the moment the product is delivered and in their possession.

You expressly authorize us to issue invoices electronically, although you may inform us at any time of your preference to receive a paper invoice by sending an email to info@bfdblackflag.com.


WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the date you received the products, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal declaration to BFD Black Flag (such as a letter sent by post or through the BFD Black Flag online store by visiting https://www.bfdblackflag.com/contacto/ or sending an email to info@bfdblackflag.com).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the deadline expires.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been opened.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly instructed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the products.

At the time of requesting a return, you can choose how to return or deliver the products to us. You have the following options: (1) at one of our physical stores (BFD Black Flag in Baiona), or (2) through the courier company that delivered your order. This should be done without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You will need to bear the direct cost of returning the products, meaning the shipping costs will be at your expense.


Requirements

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal declaration addressed to BFD Black Flag (such as a letter sent by post, through the BFD Black Flag online store, or by email to info@bfdblackflag.com).

It is essential that the products being returned are in perfect condition, with all their accessories and original packaging; otherwise, the item will lose value. According to the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated under RDL 1/2007, returns will not be accepted for custom-made (personalized) products.

You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Once the goods have been received and their condition verified, the corresponding amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the order, and in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

BROKEN, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you notice that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged upon delivery, you must note the reason on the carrier’s delivery slip and have it signed by the customer.

If you receive a defective product, you have 7 days from the order’s delivery date to return it, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order via our email info@bfdblackflag.com.

All your communications and complaints can be submitted via email at info@bfdblackflag.com, by phone at the Customer Service line: 630449476, or through written correspondence sent to the registered office of Distribuciones BFD Black Flag, Velázquez Moreno, 14-2º 36201 Vigo, PO.

It is essential that you send us a high-resolution photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item, and keep that item for the return process. Also, please provide a photo of the original packaging and retain that packaging. We will inform you of the steps to follow in order to proceed with the return. Additionally, as mentioned in the previous section on withdrawal, the returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned for the return to be accepted.

In accordance with current legislation, all products purchased through this website come with a three-year warranty period from the date of delivery.

Once the merchandise has been received and its condition checked, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the payment method used for the original order.
